About CU Strategic Planning
Credit Union Strategic Planning crafts powerful, actionable plans to help credit unions become the greatest service they can to their members and community.
We exist to:
- Increase credit union membership.
- Increase credit union net revenue to benefit all credit union members.
- Facilitate the credit union’s examination of their mission, historical legacy and services.
- Help credit unions to identify their unique means of reaching the bold service ideals of Edward Filene and The Rochdale Pioneers.
- Introduce valuable grant opportunities and powerful partnerships to credit unions.
- Collaborate with credit union managers to achieve the goals established by the CEO and volunteer directors.
- Develop communications strategies and tactics to achieve credit union service goals.
Our unique and refined Courageous Strategic Planning Process sets our clients apart by empowering the staff and board to responsibly establish and reach authentically inspiring goals. We hold our advisors and the credit union accountable by producing dashboard reports for the CEO to present at board meetings during the year following our strategic planning facilitation.
